Well-maintained and modern hotel, functional rooms, bravo!

Location just off a work-out shop in an adjacent building which is very poorly equipped, shinagawa station, and the Tokyo Marriott. Nice building and rooms with 2 double beds.

We can't thank them enough and can recommend this accommodation. Big size hotel with a well-maintained pool and an unbeatable location to Shinagawa station area. The staff are incredibly attentive and attentive, offer good services.

This place has a convenient location, great facilities, well-appointed rooms with traditional Japanese toilets, making it a very good stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. They spoke great English and gave us plenty of space. The rooms were clean and spacious, with nice amenities and comfortable beds. The hotel also had great facilities, including a fitness center with a swimming pool and spa services. We enjoyed using the pool and whirlpool, as well as getting a massage in the spa area. The hotel's location was fantastic, with lots of restaurants within walking distance and a free shuttle to and from the train station.

As we had previously lived in the adjacent appartment tower we stayed their for nostalgic reasons. Very good.

the bed was too hard

Laforet is located fairly close to the Shinagawa station, which offers excellent jr train communications within Tokyo and to the rest of Japan.

Use of the gym was not included in the room rate, despite gym being listed as a facility both on the hotel website and Booked.net.

The room is beautiful, has a standard design, and comes with a spacious bathroom; they offer an excellent variety of delicious food.

Free shuttle service from Shinagawa station was convenient. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view. The concierge lounge offered a good selection of snacks and appetizers. The bell captain staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything about the hotel! The staff were very friendly courteous and helpful, We were exhausted travellers from Kobe, and everything was just perfect! Will stay there again in the future!

The service at Tokyo Marriott Hotel was exceptional. We were greeted warmly by the doorman who already knew our details. The staff throughout our stay were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was of excellent quality and had a great variety. The hotel also provided an Android smartphone for us to use during our time in the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to Shinagawa station and multiple transportation options. The panoramic view lounge on the 26th floor offered a stunning view of Tokyo and Tokyo Tower. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.
